Talk again about the weight loss blog … How many times has the subject been discussed here ?
If you follow me on InkedGeek, you read my first article in may which explained my “rééquilibrage alimentaire”. We are making a new point today on all this.
Balance sheet number 2
Nothing in my routine has changed. I just have to admit that with the course of life taking over, as well as some health issues (nothing serious), who have tired me enormously, I feel that the loss of these pounds is slower.
But I'm still happy with the way it goes. obviously, like everyone, I would like to see this weight already flown away from me. Let's stay the course for several more months and a nice reward will show up..
For me the work has not yet resumed. So i'm at home, to take care of it and also a little bit of me for once… lol
Et vous avez-vous repris une vie tout à faire “normale” ?
Weightloss ?
The objective of 21 June is unfortunately not realized for me… I'm -9kg this morning on the scale. I'm already very happy and I doubted it a little, I had a big slowdown in weight loss at one point, with children at home and other, we ate more.
In my opinion it will be very difficult to get the objective of the 14 July but I leave it and I will try to get as close as possible. The most important thing is to not let go until I have lost ALL the pounds I want to lose.
1is Avril : Beginning of weight loss
11 May 2020 : -5kg VALIDATED OBJECTIVE
21 June 2020 : -10kg OBJECTIVE NOT VALIDATED, loss of -9kg
14 July 2020 : -15kg
29 August 2020 : -20kg
1er October 2020 : -26kg
Always No stress, no pressure even if I can't wait to get halfway through this diet.
So see you 14 July 2020 to find out if it's still going well. The target weight number 3 will it be accomplished ?
