Talk again about the weight loss blog … How many times has the subject been discussed here ?
If you follow me on InkedGeek, you read my first article in may which explained my “rééquilibrage alimentaire”. We are making a new point today on all this.

At the end of soon 7 diet month, here is a new point.
I must admit that it takes much longer than I would have hoped. But as they say, the longer it is the better lol.
Plus sérieusement, it takes time because I have already decided not to deprive myself of social life. So even though I keep my course and my goal in sight, when we are with friends or at the restaurant I take advantage. I could have lost much faster, and have already achieved my goal. But I don & rsquo; t want to frustrate myself morally, or to push my body too hard and it can't get used to it properly. There are also the famous steps… that you can't control.
I won't tell you that I like it, that would be lying. But I feel less heavy. I made the mistake of not taking a photo of myself when starting my weight loss, So sometimes I have trouble seeing the results.
Cependant, I try to pay attention to myself again, to dress differently than with my oversized jogging bottoms or my distorted jeans.
Weightloss ?
As of November 1st, is 7 months after the start of my loss of months we will be around -16 / -17kg. I am therefore not at my initial objective which was -26kg. This number is still in my head, but we'll see how my body reacts. One thing is certain, I must at least reach -20KG to feel good. I am only basing myself on the weight I was doing some time ago to advance this info. Like I always told you, there is no point in relying on stars or other people. You are your only reference in this situation.

Sport ?
At the beginning of my adventure I didn't want to talk to you about sport. For several reasons.
The first is that each person is different. For my part, I needed to start losing on the scales to get into sport, because I can't see myself losing weight in the mirror.
The second is that everyone likes to give their opinion on these kinds of topics and I didn't want to..
For a few weeks now, I think I've found a way to do my sport that suits me really well. I signed up for a video sports program you know, le Train Sweat Eat. Once again this is not a daily newspaper that is suitable for everyone.
But not working right now, I can afford to do my sport at home on video, several times a week. What I also like about this program, is that the videos are classified by themes, with programs adapted to what you want to work.
I hope to come back soon to give you an update to talk to you about -20 or -26kg. Don't forget to be indulgent with yourself and give yourself time. It is really worth it
