I know that the title will already generate certain reactions, but it is one of the most important things now that I will have to manage, even if the Dukan diet does not appeal to all.
Why go on a diet ?
Vast subject than the diet… I spoke to you awhile ago now a rééquilibrage alimentaire. It was neither a failure nor a success for me. I think this is THE right method to adapt when we are a patient person or when we only have a few pounds to lose. This is the way I want to behave once I approach the weight I want. The year 2018 the is(it was a very difficult year for me. Both personally and professionally. Being one of those people who console themselves by eating when they are sad or stressed, there is no mystery, I put on weight, too much even… In 2019, I had to regain a taste for things, and appease me, So I continued without worrying too much about it. But today the result is, I can't stand myself anymore. So we have to act. As always I don't want to compare myself to anyone other than myself and I want to regain the weight / figure where I feel good.
Why DUKAN ?
Many critics of this diet and all restrictive diets, and I fully understand their arguments.
But I also think that there is nothing more personal than knowing what is right for us, as long as we take care of our health.
I have often had weight concerns. Et Dukan is THE method that allowed me to lose all my pounds without gaining any. You will tell me that I finally took it back ? Yes indeed but totally my fault by compensating with the food, not with a normal pace of life because I had kept my weight after Dukan for several years. We're all different, I am one of those who like to eat ! I like to make a good meal for two in the evening to unwind from the day or go out to a restaurant with friends. When I decide to have a good meal it is not to restrict myself, that's why I need Dukan and a pretty drastic diet.
Dukan what is it ?
Dukan is a mostly protein diet. Depending on the operating mode you have chosen, you will alternate days exclusively protein and days also introducing vegetables. I have chosen to operate in 2 prot days and 2 days with vegetables. To help myself I use the Dukan application but it is not at all an obligation, it’s me who prefers to have one more thing that reminds me of how I should function.
Personal Objectives
Super complexed, I will not tell you here the weight I currently weigh. In any case not for the moment. It's a weight that I haven't reached for a long time…

Writing you an article about this also forces me to be serious.. A little ashamed if I update you in 3 months without results. I really need to feel better about myself. It plays on my morals but also on my professional life. Already not having a huge confidence in me, cela s’aggrave lorsque je me sens mal dans mon corps.
